Very clean and attention is paid to the distance and the number of customers. It was also diligently disinfected. Staff was super friendly and we didn't really have to wait for our order. It went very quickly

QSS was once the top priority at McDonalds. Quality Service Cleanliness Since the changeover to the new system, quality and service have decreased significantly. 1. It takes much longer (the previous requirement was an average of 1 minute per customer) 2. The meat no longer comes fresh from the grill onto the burger and is therefore no longer hot and juicy. The cheese and other ingredients do not get the right temperature as a result. McDonalds has given away the great quality lead over Burger King.

Sunday afternoon in lockdown and with a thirst for coffee: The service team showed only mild interest in us, so we ordered through the "kiosk". The cake that was bought and paid for was then sold out (probably to the customer in front of us). The McCafé Cappuccino came from the machine behind the deep fryer and accordingly tasted like thin machine broth and not - as usual - like freshly brewed Italian coffee. Thanks for nothing.

Mcdonalds stop ... The negative thing here is the chaos with the table numbers. Since the order terminals are immediately after receipt, you order here, hard but no number, because it was where mab signs in and possibly a number is only then given in the middle of the restaurant.

Incompetent staff who are not able to take orders correctly and, above all, completely. At the McDrive you have to repeat yourself constantly and in the end something is missing from the order. In addition, the employees do not work with gloves and one employee's hair could be found in the burger.

Food was good. Coffee too. Staff too. The new way of ordering at the board in the entrance is too cumbersome, especially as a seldom user. All credit cards are also not accepted. Not al Amex! In the end the order process broke off and we ordered from the staff.

Well, I think it's the same in every McDonald's. The food still tastes delicious, but unfortunately the hygiene in the shop is terrible. And I think the staff are not particularly friendly either.
